Biodegradable Plastc Pelletizing Line Description:

Biodegradable plastc pelletizing line is suitable for degradable films and plastic bags. The biodegradable plastc pelletizing machine sends the material into the cutting and compaction bin through the conveyor belt, and sends the material into the extruder screw through the high-speed rotation of the cutting and compaction bin. The screw is specially designed for cutting and compacting plastic pellets. The biodegradable plastc pelletizing machine has a natural exhaust hole and a vacuum system, can effectively drain the water inside the material.

The cutting and compaction bin can effectively dry and agglomerate the materials, and the frictional self-heating will force the materials into the screw at a high speed after reaching a certain temperature, which improves the output and reduces the heating of the plastic by the screw, and accelerates the plasticization process. Can be equipped with a two-stage plastic pelletizing line, and two extruders are used to filter the material twice to make the produced particles cleaner and higher quality.

The extruder is equipped with a hydraulic screen changer, which can effectively remove the impurities in the material; through the use of different mesh filter screens to produce different quality finished products.

  • Belt Conveyor
    As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls’ scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor’s room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with contrl system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.

  • Extruder
    A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in a 36D processing section. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with water content

  • Noodle Cutter Strand Type Cutting System
    The length of the sink is 4 meters, which can be adjusted up and down, and the stainless steel pipe is designed to change water.
    The sink is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate.
