5. Vacuum Deviation: PA is prone to hydrolysis during melting, producing bubbles and decreasing molecular weight. A vacuum degassing system is crucial; it removes moisture, air, and other small volatile molecules from the melt, significantly improving the quality and viscosity of the recycled material.

6. High-Precision Filtration: This is key to determining the purity and value of the recycled material.

7. Extrusion: The filtered, pure PA melt is extruded into strips (strips) through a screen changer to remove tiny carbonized particles, impurities, and unmelted material.

8. Dehydration and drying: The cut granules are dehydrated by centrifugal dehydrator and vibratory dryer to remove surface moisture and ensure that the finished product is dry.

9. Packaging: The dried recycled PA granules are weighed, packaged, and stored.
