PE Printed Film Pelletizing Machine
At present, most of the printed film on the market are PE films, and you can generally choose single or double stage printed film pelletizing machine. However, because the packaging contains heavy printing, Purui Machinery recommend the use of two-stage printed film pelletizing machine.
PE film after melting plasticization, the use of horizontal water ring granulation, easy operation, simple maintenance, high output. The exhaust effect and filtration effect of the two-stage pelletizer are also better than that of the ordinary plastic granulator.
The printing film pelletizing line adopts the water ring cutting method, without considering the problem of broken strips, and the size of the cut particles is uniform and beautiful. After the pelletizer is cut, it is dehydrated by the centrifugal dewatering machine, and then connected to the vibrating screen and the silo to obtain the dry PE plastic particles.
PE film pelletizing machine is made of ABB motor, high efficiency and low consumption, with an independent operating platform, easy to operate, control the entire pelletizing production line running speed, temperature and so on.
