The screw of the PET bottle granulator is generally divided into 5 sections: conveying section, melting section, mixing section, exhaust section and homogenization section.
1. Conveying section, conveying materials to prevent overflow.
2. Melting section, this section makes the material fully melted and homogenized through heat transfer and frictional shearing.
3. The mixing section further refines and uniformizes the size of the material components, forms an ideal structure, and has the function of distributing and dispersing mixing.
4. The exhaust section discharges impurities such as water vapor and low molecular weight substances.
5. Homogenization (metering) section, conveying and pressurizing, establishing a certain pressure, so that the material at the die mouth has a certain density, and at the same time further mixing, and finally achieve the purpose of smooth extrusion and granulation.

Extruder
A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in a 36D processing section. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with water content.
Noodle Cutter Strand Type Cutting System
The length of the sink is 4 meters, which can be adjusted up and down, and the stainless steel pipe is designed to change water.
The sink is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate.
