2. The bearings of the plastic granulation machine should be filled with lubricating oil regularly to ensure the lubricity between the bearings.

3. In order to ensure the sharpness of the tool incision, the tool should be checked frequently to ensure the sharpness and reduce the damage of other components caused by the blunt blade.

4. When changing the tool, the gap between the moving tool and the fixed tool should be adjusted according to the technical parameter manual.

5. Check the tool screws regularly. After 1 hour of use of the plastic granulator, fasten the screws of the moving knife and the fixed knife with the tool to strengthen the fixability between the blade and the tool holder.
