Plastic Squeezer Machine:

The plastic squeezer is an important part of the recycling production line. The water content of the washed material is usually above 30%. Excessive water content will affect the production efficiency and output of subsequent granulation. Therefore, it is necessary to use a squeeze dryer to dehydrate the cleaned material and reduce the volume of the material; and further refine the quality of the final plastic particles.

Plastic Recycling Granulation Line:

ML series plastic granulation line adopts the compact crushing method. After the material enters the compactor; it is cut and crushed by the cutter head at the bottom; and the heat is generated by friction under the high-speed cutting of the cutter head; so that the material is heated and shrinks to increase the bulk density of the material and improve the feeding. Quantity, this process method is of great help to increase production capacity.

The plastic granulation line adopts water ring pelletizing, the operation is more simple and convenient; and the particle size is uniform and beautiful.

The control system adopts Siemens PLC control module, and the action of each part of the plastic granulator is controlled by the program to achieve the purpose of automatic production. Less personnel to operate equipment, higher stability.
