PP Woven Bag Recycling Machine Workflow:

1. Conveying and shredding system: A conveyor belt feeds piles of used woven bags into a shredder, where they are shredded and broken into smaller pieces (usually a few centimeters square) for subsequent cleaning and processing.

2. Hot washing and rinsing system: Hot washing (adding hot water and a specialized cleaning agent, through mechanical friction and chemical action, removes stubborn stains and ink). Rinsing (After hot washing, the pieces are repeatedly rinsed in a clean water tank to remove residual cleaning agent and contaminants).

3. Dehydration and drying system: Cleaned plastic flakes contain a significant amount of water, which must be thoroughly removed. First, they pass through a high-speed centrifugal dehydrator to remove most of the surface moisture. Then, they are conveyed and dried with hot air to evaporate the moisture within the flakes, ensuring they are completely dry. This is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of subsequent pelletizing.

4. PP woven bag pelletizing machine: Dry, clean PP woven bag flakes are fed into a high-temperature extruder via a feeder. The extruder’s conveying and shearing action melts the flakes into a viscous fluid. After filtering out tiny impurities through a filter, the molten plastic is extruded from the die head into strips. They are then cut into pellets by a rotating cutter and cooled with water to form the final pellets.
