The waste plastic film pelletizing line is mainly use to reprocess PE HDPE LDPE LLDPE agricultural film. The material can plunge into compact bunker directly. After rend by rotary-blade tray and fixed blade, pre-plastic small granule sent to the extruder feeder throat, the production process can reduce pollution effectively by crush with electricity and material convey. The plastic film pelletizing line is with water-ring cutting.
Compactor cutter is equipped with air exhausting device. With the mechanical work of rotor knife and stator knife at the bottom of compactor, the temperature of compactor and material will gradually increase after continuous cutting and friction, and the moisture and dust on the surface of raw material will float to the top of compactor. The device can effectively remove moisture and dust, which will avoid using additional energy consumption to deal with the moisture.
Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method in this plastic film pelletizing line. self-adjusting pelletizing head for the best granulate quality and long uptime thanks to consistently correct blades pressure. The plastic film pelletizing line can be equipped with three kinds of granulation methods: water circumferential cutting, water-cooled stretching, automatic stretching or underwater granulation.

Belt Conveyor
As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls’ scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor’s room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with contrl system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.
Extruder
A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in a 36D processing section. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with water content
Water-ring Die-face cutting system
Water-ring die-face/Strand cutting methods are usually adopted. In water-ring die-face cutting system, the rotary cutting blades will be pneumatically fit completely and closely to the die-face surface to ensure efficient cutting. Rotary speed of the blades is automatically adjusted by module system according to melt pressure at the die face.
