Woven Bag Recycling Granulator
Woven bags can be seen everywhere in our daily life. Used and contaminated woven bags need to be cleaned and recycled. But in the production and manufacturing of woven bags, the waste, scraps and defective products generated do not need to be cleaned; and can be directly put into the “ML series plastic granulator machine” produced by Purui Machinery for recycling and granulating.
The woven bag recycling granulator has three functions, namely crushing, extrusion, granulation. Materials are transported by belt conveyor 1 to the chamber machine 2 for crushing and compacting; and then into the single screw extruder 3 for heating and melting. The gas produced by the melting materials is discharged in the air exchange device 4; and the molten materials pass through the strainer 5 to the granulating die head 6 for granulating.
The plastic granulating equipment is suitable for BOPP, CPP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PA, EPE, etc. Extruder can choose vent hole or no vent hole according to the characteristics of the material; according to the user needs to choose single board double station mesh replacement device, no stop, large filtering area; Water ring and strip graining can be configured based on materials or user requirements. Yield: 200-350kg/h.
