PP woven sack washing line adopts PLC control system is convenient to operate and monitor.
All parts contacting with material and water are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. After woven sack cleaned, can disposal by the woven sack pelletizing machine, then can get the plastic pellets.

Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor is for transport the plastics to crusher, which can directly and automatically transport. All contacted with raw material parts made of stainless steel,inverter control.
Crusher
To crush material into small sizes. With water to clean material and cool blades during crushing. Large materials are processed into small pieces in this module, which improves the washing result and makes the final product easy to packing.
Floating Washer
The sediment and metal in the material can be effectively separated through this module so as to protect environment from polluting.

Dewatering Machine
Advanced dewatering vibration sieve combing with horizontal-type centrifugal dewatering present high performance dried pellets and lower energy consumption.Combine crushing, compacting and plletizing steps in one system, less-labor cost.Higher efficiency feeding, suitable to film, filament, raffia, foaming materials;Higher output and lower energy consumption
Plastic Squeeze Dryer
Through plastic squeeze dryer, water and volume of the materials can be squeezed to increase the quality of the pellets and the efficiency of the extruders.
The moisture after squeeze dryer will be lowered down to 1-3%
